Electric Smoker for the Commercial Kitchen

The Game Changer ® is an electric convection smoker and it’s the Only Sustainable Smoker on the market — all electric and efficient (only 6 kWh max of power needed). It doesn’t release carbon to atmosphere like all other smokers do when wood is burnt and ash is produced.  The Game Changer ® heats wood without oxygen that produces biochar which can be put back in soil for plant food. 

The Game Changer ® is designed for the commercial kitchen to meet the needs of small and large operators alike. Its vertical design saves valuable space and requires no gas line or direct hood placement, resulting in significant installation cost savings.

Our easy-to-clean, low maintenance unit can be conveniently rolled in and out of your kitchen space on its heavy-duty casters. With only a 220V 30 amp plug and path for smoke evacuation, it can be placed up to 10 feet away from your kitchen hood or in an outdoor setting. The Game Changer ® Smoker uses pellets to add flavor to the smoke, and we offer our own GC Smoker branded Real Wood Pellets with multiple flavor profiles to choose from. Only 1.25 cups per hour of wood pellets are needed to add flavor to the smoke.

The Game Changer Smoker features 65 square feet of cooking space, including removable 18” x 26” bakery racks. Our multi-use unit works well for a variety of commercial kitchens, including:
