September's dinner is going to be showing the versatility of the Game Changer. It will be based on the preservation of the summer harvest. Fall is on its way and Game Changer Corporate Chef Tripp Rion and Chef Daniel Davis of Publican Quality Meats (chef's bio) will be preparing a seven course meal for everyone in attendance.
This multi-course menu will consist of: dried fruits, cured meats, smoked fish, bbq style meats, among other items. All dishes will have been at least partially prepared in the Game Changer.
