Join us for a Chef's Table discussion and demonstration with Pitmaster Phil Wingo. Phil is a self taught pitmaster, caterer, consultant, food judge and competitor. He is a Memphis in May Whole Hog #4 Finalist, two time WFC competitor, and Culinary Fight Club Champion.
Phil also specializes in manufacturing seasonings for large restaurants, bbq teams andanyone who would like to produce their own blend in small to large volumes. He is the creator of #Porkmafia seasonings with everything from predust/marinade to the final rub. Wingo enjoys smoking whole hog, brisket, ribs and prime rib and has taught pitmaster classes in the US and Europe.
